Investment Banking - Reconciliation Administrator 100% Onsite Downtown Toronto Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm $25- 28/hour Our downtown Toronto client, a global investment leader, requires additional staff in their reconciliations department during a busy season.

Duties: - Reconciliation of mutual funds and cash · Assist to reconcile mutual fund cash and position accounts daily between our book of records and Fundserv ( Myserv), Cash, NSM and Web Services) · Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to minimize risk and ensure operational accuracy. · Monitor and manage outstanding breaks, escalating issues when necessary.





Education & Experience · Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline · Past experience within the financial services industry with financial reconciliation/adjustments on client accounts · Mutual funds/securities knowledge and related industry courses ( CSC, IFIC Operations , etc.) is an asset - Fund

Serv experience including MyServ · Working knowledge of day-to-day operations/administration of client accounts, with strong analytical, problem solving skills · Intermediate proficiency in Excel · High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under pressure · Strong organizational and prioritization skills · Valuable communication skills (verbal and written) · Adaptability to change and technology-driven environments.
