Responsibilities Supervise, coach and develop a team of production employees in a manufacturing environment Manage daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery objectives are achieved Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and manufacturing standards Monitor production schedules and proactively address issues that may impact project milestones and delivery timelines Coordinate workforce allocation, materials and resources to support production requirements Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and productivity Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives Establish, implement and maintain production procedures and operational standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing objectives and customer commitments Manage employees in accordance with company policies and collective agreements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
