On this page About the position Duties This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality operational training through the development and facilitation of realistic training scenarios and exercises.

The incumbent provides instruction and coaching to trainees and operators, assesses performance, and contributes to the maintenance of training standards.





The position also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support specialized training requirements, managing training resources and controlled materials, and developing briefing packages and instructional materials.
