Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (10+ years) to manage enterprise transformation workstreams using formal project management methodologies Join a high-visibility portfolio supporting approximately 14 concurrent initiatives with a critical delivery timeline through June next year.

This role partners closely with senior leadership to manage complex banking transformation programs, executive stakeholder engagement, and portfolio oversight within a regulated financial services setting.

The successful candidate will support enterprise-scale initiatives involving integration, transformation, and operational change across multiple workstreams.

Contract, Toronto, 3 days/ week onsite.

Must Haves 10+ years in Program Management within financial services or banking environments Project management methodologies and governance supporting enterprise initiatives Canadian banking regulations ,



financial services operations, and compliance considerations Executive stakeholder management with VPs, Department Heads, and executive-level leaders Hands on JIRA & Confluence Nice to Have Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) programs Amalgamations and integration initiatives Post-acquisition transformation programs Enterprise change experience Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent enterprise workstreams within a banking environment Partner closely with the Director to support portfolio leadership activities Present program updates and status information to executive stakeholders Lead initiatives independently when required Support transformation and integration-related programs Provide oversight across complex project and program activities
