Job Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for leading Timber-Tech Truss's Lethbridge branch toward recovery, growth, and long-term success.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role combines hands-on operational leadership with an active, customer-facing presence in the Lethbridge and Southern Alberta building community.

The AGM leads branch operations, sales, and staff, and is directly accountable for rebuilding revenue, strengthening builder and contractor relationships, and ensuring the branch runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring equal comfort on the shop floor, in the field with customers, and representing Timber-Tech Truss within the local community.

Job Responsibilities & Duties Branch Leadership & Recovery: Lead the Lethbridge branch's recovery plan, driving measurable improvement in revenue, efficiency, and profitability.

Partner with the General Manager to execute the branch's turnaround and growth strategy.

Act as the General Manager's key operational partner, stepping in to lead the branch in their absence.

Monitor branch performance against revenue, margin, and production targets, and adjust plans as needed.
