Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead HR Digital Transformation initiatives using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and HRMS modernization Join a large-scale HR Digital Transformation Program modernizing enterprise HR capabilities across a major transportation organization.

This role will manage delivery streams supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including business process transformation, data migration, integration replacement, and organizational change activities.

The position works within a complex enterprise setting involving multiple operating companies, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.

The engagement offers exposure to enterprise-wide HR technology transformation initiatives within a large matrixed organization. 2 year Contract starting Dec 1st, Vancouver, 2 days per week Hybrid, Working Hours: 37.5/week PST Must Haves 10+ years managing complex IT/HR Technology projects including data conversion, integrations, and customizations 6+ years delivering full-cycle Project Management initiatives from requirements gathering through testing and cutover Demonstrated delivery of HRMS , ERP, or SaaS cloud implementations including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM , Workday, or SAP Success





Factors Experience managing multi-vendor engagements , system integrator implementations, and complex contracts Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related subject Nice to Have Experience with public sector and unionized environments PMP designation Experience with organizational change management initiatives Experience managing large budgets, forecasting, and status reporting Experience with Microsoft Project and Share

Point Responsibilities Develop business cases and supporting project artifacts Prepare project planning documents using BTS project management methodology and templates Execute and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, risk, and communications activities Direct internal and external project resources including analysts, developers, architects, and quality assurance teams Prepare and communicate monthly and ad hoc project status reports to stakeholders and steering committees Manage project schedules and monitor adherence to key milestones Oversee technical delivery activities including design, testing, deployment, and change management
