Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) - French/English

Remote, Canada | Candidates in Quebec and Eastern Canada especially welcome!

Your French is a real asset here. You'll spend your days speaking with French-speaking prospects across Quebec and Eastern Canada, in French, as well as English-speaking prospects. If you're comfortable switching between both languages in a business conversation, this role was built for you.

The Opportunity
We're hiring Business Development Representatives to join our team now. You'll help our clients grow by starting conversations with potential customers and booking qualified meetings for their sales teams.

This is a great way to break into tech sales or SaaS. You don't need years of experience. We're looking for motivated, coachable people who want to learn, and we'll give you hands-on training, live coaching, and ongoing mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, in both French and English

Starting conversations with French- and English-speaking prospects,



with a strong focus on Quebec and Eastern Canada

Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for Account Executives

Learning modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and outbound strategies

Working with teammates to improve messaging, campaigns, and results

Building confidence in discovery conversations and objection handling

What You Bring

Fluent French and English, spoken and written (Quebecois French is a big plus)

Strong communication skills and an easy way of building rapport

A positive, coachable attitude and comfort receiving feedback

Self-motivation and a strong work ethic in a remote environment

Interest in sales, technology, business, or SaaS

Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required

Training & Development
We believe great salespeople are built through coaching, repetition, and real-world practice. You'll be trained on:

Cold calling and outbound prospecting, including in French

Writing effective sales emails and outreach in both languages

Lead qualification and discovery conversations

CRM and sales engagement tools

Pipeline development and sales fundamentals

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus uncapped quarterly performance bonuses

Typical first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000+, depending on performance
