SALARY: $85,000 – $110,000
Frontenac Business Services is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization and its staff. Reporting to a volunteer Board, the Executive Director oversees strategy, operations, finances, and the loan portfolio, provides business counselling, and builds partnerships across the region. Candidates should have a business, commerce, or finance background, business counselling experience, and robust financial management and communication skills. Knowledge of Frontenac County is an asset.
