PointClickCare is seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead user research for its healthcare technology platform. You will collaborate with Product and UX Design teams, executing methodologies to gather valuable insights. Amplify the user experience by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research outcomes and translating them into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product and UX Design on discovery plans
• Lead research activities including participant recruitment
• Conduct usability testing and mixed-method studies
• Translate user feedback into strategy and design insights
• Communicate findings and decisions to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years in UX research or customer-focused role
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
• Proficient in research methodologies and tools
• Solid communication skills for presenting insights
• Ability to travel to sites four times per year
