Silent-Aire Limited Partnership in Canada is seeking a seasoned Quality Supervisor to manage a team of quality inspectors and leads. You will supervise direct product examinations to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
You will drive NCR remediation, coach staff, oversee inspections, audits, and data reporting, and promote continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
