In this role, you will report to the Manager of People Operations (Absence Management). We seek an experienced candidate with disability absence management skills and HR operations expertise. You will address complex inquiries, administer cases, and ensure smooth workflows for employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert on disability absence processes
• Provide empathetic guidance on the absence process
• Administer Salary Continuance and monitor cases throughout the leave lifecycle




• Identify opportunities for process improvement in absence management
• Partner with HR to implement best practices and updates

Requirements:
• Knowledge of disability and absence management practices
• Experience in operational case management
