Become an integral part of Albarrie Canada Limited as a General Accountant, based in Barrie, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on financial activities, general ledger management, and supporting audits.

This role reports to the Director of Finance and demands expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and meticulous administration of financial activities. With 5+ years in plant accounting and industrial manufacturing experience, you will be pivotal in maintaining financial accuracy and reporting integrity for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and reconcile GLs and bank accounts monthly
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• File WSIB and tax documents for specific provinces




• Manage GL account processes and templates in ERP systems
• Collaborate on month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of plant accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP systems
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a agile environment
