This role reports to the SAP Product Manager and plays a key role in both operational maintenance and modernization of the Province’s SAP landscapes. You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders and project teams to manage product lifecycles effectively. Your contributions will ensure alignment with business needs and optimal performance of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation initiatives
• Provide product support across project and operational lifecycles
• Define future-state processes and translate business needs
• Manage product backlogs for enhancements and risks
• Coordinate business participation in key project activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in HR and Payroll functions
• Expertise in business transformation and technology implementation
• Solid analytical skills for requirements gathering
• Proven project management capabilities
