Afternoon Supervisors work 3:30pm-12:15am Supervisor Job responsibilities, include, but are not limited to working with the team to ensure exceptional guest service, all positions are filled and tasks are being completed.

Ensuring that the following occur on shift: *cleaning the restaurant and restocking *accurately process transactions including cash, debit, credit and tim cards along with voids and refunds *strive to reach our speed of service goals and motivate your team to do this *be hospitable and welcoming to our guests, delivering consistent outstanding service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge *contribute to and maintain Tim Hortons food quality and safety standards *contribute to and maintain Tim Hortons cleanliness standards *have understanding and the ability to work as a team or independently when required Supervisors need to have self motivation and the ability to follow and complete tasks with little to no supervision themselves.
