As a Welder, you will engage in MIG and ARC welding while working with various hand tools and machinery. Your responsibilities will include reading blueprints, ensuring that metal products meet specified standards, and performing quality inspections. Teamwork and effective communication will be essential as you collaborate with Team Managers to enhance workflow and maintain high quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Utilize MIG and flux-cored welding techniques




• Operate overhead cranes safely within policies
• Conduct quality inspections of finished work
• Provide training support for junior welders

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of welding experience preferred
• Ability to obtain CWB tickets within three months
• Robust English communication skills
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
