Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and maintain kitchen stations according to restaurant standards.
- Prepare ingredients and food items as directed, following recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen throughout each shift.
- Wash dishes, cookware,



and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications
- At least 12 months of cooking or relevant kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and possess valid work authorization for the duration of employment.
