The role

1. Full-Time Tidy Technician – Manufacturing Facility

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a manufacturing plant, Steel toed boots are required for this position.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Position: Full-Time

Environment: Manufacturing Facility





This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent work environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is comfortable working in an occupied space and independently. The Tidy Technician will be responsible for keeping designated areas clean, safe, organized, and ready for daily operations.

Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures are important to the success of this position.

2. Part-Time Tidy Technician – Office Contracts

We are also looking for a flexible and reliable Tidy Technician to help service our various office contracts.

Schedule: Evenings and weekends

Position: Part-Time

Setting: Various Office Locations

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable travelling between different client locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, professional, and welcoming office environments while meeting Mops Group Inc.'s cleaning standards.

Because this position involves working at multiple locations, reliable personal transportation is required. Mileage is paid for approved work-related travel.

Duties & Responsibilities Overall:

- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, fixtures, washrooms, and common areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently




- Respond professionally and courteously to client requests and special cleaning needs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention
- Complete cleaning logs and required documentation
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and breakdown for special events or occasions when required
- Work independently while also collaborating with team members
- Follow all company health, safety, and cleaning procedures
- Properly and safely use cleaning products and equipment

Requirements

- Previous cleaning or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Clean criminal record check is required
