How you will make an impact:

We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to help drive sales at our busy Tim Hortons location inside Queensway Carleton Hospital. If you are dependable, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, we would love to hear from you. Previous food-service experience is an asset, but not required, as full training will be provided.

The hourly wage for this role is $17.95. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.

As a General Helper you will:

- Provide friendly and productive customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to Tim Hortons standards.




- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain product freshness, quality, and presentation standards.
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and meet sales goals.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as required.
