Looking for Tire Technicians

We are a small tire and automotive repair shop looking for an experienced tire technician. The ideal candidate has hands on experience with tire installation, balancing, repairs, seasonal changeovers, and tire pressure monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

- Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and install tires
- Complete seasonal tire changeovers
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Diagnose and service tire-pressure monitoring systems
- Install and program TPMS sensors when required
- Safely lift vehicles and remove and install wheels
- Torque wheel nuts to manufacturer specifications
- Identify damaged wheels, studs, and related components
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance when needed
- Maintain accurate work orders
- Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean and safe
- Provide dependable, efficient service during busy tire seasons

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a tire technician




- Strong tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair skills
- Experience with seasonal tire changeovers
- Familiarity with TPMS diagnosis and service
- Ability to operate tire machines, wheel balancers, vehicle lifts, and related equipment safely
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting tires and wheels
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
