- Minimum (5) Five years of experience as a registered tool & die maker.
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and press department equipment.
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving techniques.
- Be able to work with limited supervision
- Be able to interact with all levels of employees in the organization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable with hours as there will be occasional overtime
