Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Tour Leader to lead group tours to international destinations. The Tour Leader will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of itineraries, coordinating with operation partners, and providing excellent customer service throughout the tour. This role serves as the key liaison between the company, local ground operators, and tour members.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead outbound tour groups and ensure the itinerary is executed as planned
- Coordinate with ground operators, local guides, and drivers
- Ensure daily schedules run smoothly and efficiently
- Assist customers with airport procedures, hotel check-ins, and sightseeing arrangements
- Handle unexpected situations such as flight delays, hotel issues, or emergencies
- Maintain group order and foster a positive travel atmosphere
- Collect customer feedback and report tour performance to the company

Requirements

- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Prior outbound tour leading experience is required
- Familiar with airport procedures and international travel operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, organized, and capable of managing group dynamics
- Professional appearance with a robust customer service mindset
- Willing and able to travel internationally and work flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiar with popular destinations in Europe, the Americas, or Asia
- Experience handling emergency situations
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or customer service

主要職責

- 全程帶領旅行團出境並完成既定行程安排
- 協調海外地接社、當地導遊及司機等相關資源
- 確保每日行程順利進行並按計劃執行
- 為團員提供必要協助與指引（辦理登機、酒店入住、景點安排等）
- 處理突發情況（航班延誤、酒店問題、緊急狀況等）
- 維護團隊秩序與良好旅遊氛圍
- 收集客戶回饋並向公司匯報行程情況

任職要求

- 能流利使用國語／粵語／英語溝通
- 具備出境帶團經驗（必須）
- 熟悉機場流程及基本國際旅行操作
- 具備良好的溝通能力及應變能力
- 責任心強，具團隊管理能力
- 形象專業，服務意識良好
- 能適應出差及不固定工作時間

加分條件

- 熟悉歐洲、美洲或亞洲熱門旅遊線路
- 具備處理緊急情況的相關經驗
- 具旅遊、酒店或客戶服務相關背景
