Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a large client.

In this role, you will lead and oversee Building Automation projects, providing guidance and supervision to ensure they are delivered successfully.

You'll be responsible for tracking project progress, collaborating with other project managers, and applying your project management expertise alongside your knowledge of building automation systems (BAS/BAU) and financials.

This position also involves overseeing both onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Travel within the branch's service area is required.

This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver and surrounding areas.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-5+ years of construction project experience
- Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Strong financial management skills (forecasting, budgeting, margins, billing, SOVs)
- Understanding of labour loading and resource planning
Experience managing subcontractors
- Client-facing and comfortable leading difficult conversations
- Assertive; able to push back when needed and protect Siemens' commercial interests
- Experience driving and managing change orders
- Ability to hold contractors and stakeholders accountable




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Vancouver region
- Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) experience
- Building Automation (BAU) experience
- Controls experience
- HVAC controls experience
- Previous BAS/Controls Technician background
