Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure & Security professional to support and maintain critical enterprise infrastructure across networking, security, servers, storage, backups, and cloud services.

This individual will play a key role in infrastructure operations, cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, backup management, and ongoing IT improvement initiatives within a professional services environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure administration experience with a security-first mindset and can work independently within a high-trust, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Administration
Administer and support network, server, storage, backup, and security environments
Manage firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless networks, and remote access technologies
Support Microsoft-based server and cloud environments
Assist with hardware deployments, virtualization, storage, and data center initiatives
Security Operations
Monitor and investigate security alerts from: Sophos MDR
Darktrace
Microsoft Security Tools
Email Security Platforms
Participate in incident response activities
Coordinate investigations and remediation efforts
Apply security patches and support environment hardening initiatives
Assist with phishing awareness and security reporting
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Administer Veeam backup infrastructure
Perform restore testing and backup validation
Support offsite and cloud backup integrations
Participate in BCP/DR activities and documentation
Operational Support
Support user access, MFA, permissions, and remote connectivity
Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure issues
Work closely with vendors and managed service providers
Develop operational processes and technical documentation
Provide escalation support to deskside support teams
Participate in after-hours support when required
Specialized Platform Support
Support legal technology platforms and eDiscovery solutions




Assist with Relativity-related networking, access management, and data transfer troubleshooting
Skills and Requirements
5+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure
