Job Description
Insight Global is seeking experienced AML Internal Audit professionals to support a major financial services client in Toronto.

We are building a team of both Senior Consultants and Managers to lead and execute enterprise-wide AML, Financial Crimes, and Regulatory Compliance audit initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in Internal Audit (3rd Line of Defense) and AML/ATF compliance within the banking sector who are looking to work on high-impact regulatory and audit engagements.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of Internal Audit experience within a banking or financial services environment (3rd Line of Defense).

Previous experience with major Canadian banks (RBC, TD, CIBC, BMO, Scotiabank, National Bank, etc.)
Minimum 1+ years of AML, Financial Crimes, or AML Compliance experience.

Strong understanding of AML/ATF regulatory frameworks and control environments.

Knowledge of Canadian AML regulations, including:
FINTRAC
PCMLTFA and related regulations
OSFI guidance
AML and Sanctions compliance requirements
Experience conducting internal audits, control testing,
Preferred Qualifications
CAMS, CFCS, CIA, CPA, or other relevant professional designation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting,



Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.

Previous experience auditing AML programs within a Canadian financial institution.

Exposure to enterprise Financial Crimes, Fraud, Sanctions, or Regulatory Remediation programs.

Consulting experience supporting large financial services clients is considered an asset.
