Techtronic Industries Inc. in Georgina, ON is seeking a Service Order Resolution Rep to join a full-time team. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, maintaining 24-36 hour order resolution timelines, and supporting order-entry activities.
The position requires a high school diploma, strong typing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. AX experience is required; HJ experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and advantages are offered.
