AVI Health & Community Services in Victoria, BC is seeking a CRCL Coordinator to oversee daily operations and frontline care for a mobile crisis response team serving youth and adults. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and coordinate with leadership and community partners in a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework.
The role requires crisis de-escalation, ethical decision-making, and solid collaboration with emergency services, housing and health providers.
