Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Year-End Tax Coordinator to support year-end tax processing, accounting activities, financial reporting, and payroll-related functions.

This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy
Support year-end tax reporting and coordination activities
Assist with accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processes
Review and validate data to minimize risk and ensure compliance
Manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency
Communicate professionally with stakeholders and team members
Skills and Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict schedules
Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
Understanding of risk management and the importance of data accuracy
Experience: 1+ years of experience in one of the following: Tax
Accounting
Finance
Banking




Call Centre Operations
Back-office / Operations Support
Degree or diploma in: Accounting
Finance
Human Resources
Previous experience supporting payroll, tax, or financial reporting functions
Exposure to banking or financial services environments
