Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy to join a leading Global Fashion Retailer.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping and advancing the organization's omnichannel capabilities by creating seamless customer experiences across digital and physical channels.

Working cross-functionally with teams across Retail, Digital, Technology, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations, this leader will help define strategy, optimize customer journeys, and drive initiatives related to inventory visibility, payments, fulfillment, delivery, and returns.

This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about bridging customer experience with operational excellence.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, retail operations, digital commerce, product management, supply chain, or related fields.

Experience leading complex cross-functional business or technology initiatives.

Experience supporting RFID initiatives and
implementations.

Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), payment platforms, inventory systems, or fulfillment technologies.

Strong understanding of retail customer journeys, order management, fulfillment, inventory, and payment ecosystems.





Proven ability to develop business strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decisions across multiple departments.

Retail, eCommerce, consumer goods, or fashion industry experience.
