Job Description
e are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead and drive strategic AI initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment.

This individual will be responsible for managing multiple AI-focused workstreams, defining product strategy, and overseeing the delivery of innovative capabilities that enhance underwriting and other AI-driven business processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Agile product management expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI.

This role will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure AI products are successfully planned, developed, and released.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage AI-focused product workstreams from ideation through delivery.

Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for AI initiatives.

Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities and introduce new AI-driven features.

Develop and manage phased product release strategies and implementation plans.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and align outcomes to business goals.

Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and AI development teams to ensure seamless integration between user-facing applications and AI engines.

Work across both Agile and traditional waterfall delivery teams within a complex enterprise environment.

Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communicate product progress, priorities, and risks.





Evaluate product performance and continuously identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience.

Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Experience operating in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.

Demonstrated success driving AI product vision, roadmap development, and product releases.

Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Innovative mindset with a passion for driving new solutions and business value.
