We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team starting late November or early December. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude. You do not need any travel experience, although it is welcome.

Your schedule is somewhat flexible and you will mostly work from home as long as you have a solid Internet connection and a quiet place to work. However, you will need to visit the physical office occassionally in Edmonton and travel internationally four to six weeks a year, more if you want. When traveling with the company, flights, hotel and meals are provided.

Duties

- Answer emails and phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Updating of Google Spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Travel to the US and internationally 4 or 5 times a year.
- Must be able to travel freely,



worldwide, with no travel restrictions. We do not offer/provide US visas, you must have your own.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interactions with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges as they arise.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
