Boldr is seeking a Senior Customer Advocate (Sales Support) to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, chat, email, and social channels. You will support growth of new sales while ensuring a smooth, positive booking experience for clients.

You will provide accurate, empathetic, timely support while converting inquiries into bookings or sales, working with internal teams and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and solid customer experiences across the platform.
