Manager, Enterprise Strategy Scotiabank is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise and business-line strategy projects and support the Bank’s strategic planning process. The role works with senior management, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop recommendations and implementation plans.
Responsibilities Lead strategy development and advisory work, including research, analysis, and recommendations.
Plan projects, gather data, perform financial analyses, and build models to assess potential benefits and costs.
Manage project workstreams and facilitate problem-solving sessions, workshops, and interviews.
Synthesize findings into recommendations and implementation plans.
Support enterprise and business-line strategic planning, competitive research, benchmarking, and communications about strategic priorities.
Help organize strategy offsites for senior management and the Board of Directors.




Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business or engineering; a graduate business degree is also noted.
At least 1.5 years of post-undergraduate experience in consulting, corporate strategy or development, or investment banking.
Financial-services experience is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, planning, presentation, writing, and relationship-management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
