GHD is seeking a Senior Proposal Lead in Canada to drive regional priority pursuits from strategy through submission, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring compliant, compelling proposals. You’ll orchestrate go/no-go decisions, templates, schedules, and interview support to win large opportunities, while mentoring Proposal Coordinators and junior staff to strengthen team capability.
A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years’ experience in proposal development for A/E/C or skilled
