Intact is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Service Representative to join its growing team. In this role, you will accurately process payments, reconcile bank deposits, and prepare automated payments, among other accounting tasks. Success in this position relies on your communication skills and effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify payments received accurately
• Reconcile bank deposits and verify deposit totals
• Prepare reports and payments for the automated system
• Investigate account discrepancies and resolve issues
• Analyse and resolve exception payment reports

Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Solid data entry skills and computer proficiency
• Effective communication with a focus on customer service
• No previous Canadian work experience required
