Good Shepherd in Hamilton is seeking a Housing Support Worker to help residents secure stable housing. You will assist with housing searches, accompany clients to view rentals, and advocate on their behalf.
This role requires collaboration with shelter staff and landlords, managing leases, move-in inspections, and coordinating finances for tenancies. The successful candidate works independently in a values-based workplace, using trauma-informed practices.
