Saskatchewan Health Authority's Nokomis Health Centre seeks a Clinical Coordinator on the Long Term Care Nursing Unit. The role focuses on system navigation, patient flow, bed management, discharge planning and advocacy for patients and families.
Responsibilities include identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling. Requires BScN and CRNS eligibility, with BLS and acceptable nursing diplomas as noted in the qualifications.
