At School of Rock Vancouver, we're seeking a passionate Vocal Instructor. This part-time role requires delivering music instruction using our unique School of Rock Method and documenting student progress. You'll inspire creativity while ensuring students grasp fundamental music principles in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons via the School of Rock Method and resources
• Document student progress in our systems after lessons
• Maximize instruction quality for private lessons and shows
• Develop and maintain thoughtful lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in music performance or teaching
• Ability to teach vocals at various levels
• Degree in music or music theory
• Strong customer service and organization skills
• Clear criminal record background check required
