Express Scripts Canada is seeking a highly motivated Major Incident Management Specialist to join IT Support Services in a hybrid Mississauga setting. The role leads cross-functional teams during critical incidents, coordinates communications, and drives continuous improvement of incident management processes.
You will maintain SOPs, produce monthly incident reports, and collaborate with service desk, stakeholders, and technical teams to restore services swiftly.
