Join Shared Health as a Diagnostic Imaging Clerk at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. Engage daily with the Radiology Information System while supporting patients and coordinating imaging schedules.

As a key part of the Ultrasound department, you will operate under the DI Manager of Operations. This role includes patient registration, scheduling imaging exams, and managing digital image retrieval. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively will be essential for succeeding in this in-person position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive requisitions to schedule diagnostic imaging exams
• Act as a receptionist and register patients in the system
• Retrieve and manage digital images and diagnostic films




• Update patient and film information accurately
• Provide necessary images and reports to physicians

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational attainment
• Completion of a Medical Administrative Assistant Program or similar
• One year’s experience in a Patient Registration department
• Keyboarding speed of 35 wpm or higher
• Ability to work independently with valuable interpersonal skills
