TICO Designated Manager
Job Summary
Bridge Flow Tours is seeking a Travel Product & Compliance Manager (TICO Designated Manager) to support our travel operations, product development, and ongoing TICO compliance.
Requirements
- Valid TICO Travel Counsellor and Supervisor/Manager certifications, or willingness to obtain the required certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant travel agency experience
- Ability to provide employment verification and/or skilled references
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Support TICO registration and ongoing regulatory compliance
- Assist with day-to-day travel agency operations
- Develop customized travel products and small-group tours
- Coordinate with travel suppliers, destination partners, and local operators
- Help maintain operational and compliance records as required
Salary: $42,000–$50,000 per year
Location: Hybrid — Toronto, Ontario
