Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly The team at Landmark Dental Centre located in Sidney, BC is looking for an organized and proficient Treatment Coordinatoron a full or part-time basis.

The ideal Treatment Coordinator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure, and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Landmark Dental Centre has been part of the Sidney community for over 40 years, and we provide care for people from Sidney, the surrounding area, and the Gulf Islands. Our team of dental professionals is dedicated, loyal and, most of all, fun to work with!

LOCATION:

Sidney is a town of approx. 13,000 people located on the northern end of the Saanich Peninsula. It is located about 6 km from the Victoria International Airport and the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal, and a 30-minute drive to the Victoria Inner Harbour. Sidney-by-the-Sea is the gateway to the southern Gulf Islands National Park Reserve and is an eco-tourist destination with whale-watching, kayaking, cycling, and hiking galore. During the summer months, it hosts one of the most popular street markets on Vancouver Island and is home to several of the island's most popular breweries and distilleries.

SCHEDULE:

2-5 days a week

Days of the week: Thursday and Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM, option for more days, no evenings no weekends!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator/Senior Dental Administrator is required
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program or Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) program is considered an asset.
- Experience using dental practice management software, such as Power Practice or Tracker, is considered an asset.
- Experience in marketing, patient engagement, or community outreach would be considered an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to clearly explain treatment procedures, address patient inquiries, and efficiently schedule treatment appointments.
