We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver - LCV to join our transportation team. This role involves delivering freight efficiently from Calgary to Saskatoon while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

- Deliver loads from Calgary to Saskatoon
- Be aware of road conditions (use highway hotline for updates).
- Safely drive route-specific deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
- Hook/unhook trailers (single, rocky and turnpike).
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel regarding delivery status or issues
- Follow all safety protocols related to transporting freight, including handling hazardous materials if applicable

Skills





- 3 or more years of LVC experience in truck driving, including freight delivery and route driving
- Ability to load & unload freight efficiently and safely
- To make small repair on road-side in case of breakdown
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for commercial driving
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and punctuality
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads during loading/unloading processes
