Job Role: UiPath Support

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for a UiPath Support skilled with strong experience in RPA production support, platform monitoring, access management, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

•

Support and provision UiPath RPA bots across Development, QA, and Production environments.

•

Monitor and troubleshoot UiPath and Blue Prism platforms, logs, bot failures, and automation issues.

•

Manage Active Directory (AD), ACF2, user provisioning, entitlements, and service accounts.

•

Handle non-personal IDs, VMs, firewall access, and application access.

•

Manage access requests and workflows through Jira, following IT policies and SDLC processes.

•

Support production testing, debugging,



validation, and deployment activities.

•

Provide Day-2 / production support, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and L2/L3 escalations.

•

Ensure automation platforms remain stable, secure, and compliant.
