As a crucial member of UHN’s Workforce Management team, the Analyst supports the successful implementation and operation of UKG Pro WFM.

This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual with robust analytical skills focused on enhancing 24/7 clinical workforce operations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that system configurations align with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with operational leaders to understand WFM practices
- Document current workflows using standard templates




- Support requirement-gathering sessions for future needs
- Develop documentation on scheduling and timekeeping processes
- Assist in testing and validating system configurations Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Health Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of workforce management experience
- Experience with business analysis and documentation
- Knowledge of WFM systems, ideally UKG Pro
