• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care according to provincial standards
• Build trusted relationships with residents and family members
• Implement and evaluate individual care plans

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Clinical knowledge and experience with seniors preferred
• Education in gerontology or long-term care an asset
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
