Compass Group Canada is seeking a Unit Manager in Ontario’s Peterborough region to drive financial performance, lead food preparation, planning, budgeting, and inventory control. You will recruit, schedule and supervise staff while ensuring client satisfaction with service and menu options.

Two years of related food service management experience, ProServe or Food Secure, and strong leadership and cost-control skills are required. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.
