CARVAA MOTORS INC. is a growing automotive dealership in Langley, BC. We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team.

We are building a modern dealership that combines vehicle sales, financing solutions, digital marketing, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and purchases.
- Respond professionally to phone calls, online inquiries, and dealership leads.
- Generate new business through Facebook Marketplace, social media, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers and manage leads through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Work toward individual and dealership sales targets.
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and financing programs.




- Coordinate with management to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and online sales platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to conduct vehicle test drives.
- Valid BC VSA Salesperson Licence or willingness to obtain one before performing licensed sales duties.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
