In this full-time role, you will support Project Management Teams with the Project Safety Management Standard. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and elevate safety performance by partnering with leaders and contractors. You'll focus on Responsible Injury and Fatality prevention while identifying critical risks and ensuring compliance across project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor Project safety programs for compliance
• Evaluate contractor safety programs for high-energy hazards
• Provide coaching to operational leaders and safety representatives




• Support investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct audits and assessments for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 4+ years of relevant health and safety experience
• Knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks and safety practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contractor management systems
• Valid driver's license and travel capability required
