This position requires a dedicated and experienced leader, reporting directly to the Site Director. With a minimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, you will oversee production efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. Your role will include troubleshooting, workforce management, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

• Meet daily production objectives and manage operational efficiency

Requirements:
