Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and prioritize equipment repairs and maintenance
• Lead and coach maintenance personnel in shop procedures




• Ensure all equipment inspections align with regulations
• Track production and productivity of the mechanic workforce
• Support compliance with health and safety plans

Requirements:
• Journeyman Certificate in Heavy Duty Mechanics
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Strong communication and management skills
